It's Match Day and I'm waiting patiently for the Sounders game to start. In doing so I was thinking back to a video I stumbled across that just seemed so simple and wonderful. Basically it's two soccer players traveling around the world to find the game played in far flung and often desperately poor places. In doing so, they show how much people really are the same and we have to try very hard to find our differences.
Given a ball to kick, kids young and old will do pretty much the same thing with it the world over.
Update: FC Dallas killed my happy warm fuzzies and goodwill towards all mankind by stealing a tie from my beloved Sounders FC. Lying cheats the whole lot of you. A pox on you and your house!
